I would love to take a class like this… I live in the San Francisco Bay area and when I Google the name, it only comes up with facilities that have the large machines. Is there a particular name for this class that is done with no equipment?

Im 45 and had a total knee replacement in 2018, which didnt help. Now my back is so back it feels like my soine is fused together and even trying to bend galf an inch causes excruciating pain! Ive been thinking about yoga but this looks xo much better, i wish i could afford something like this....

Everyone knows what Pilates is.And no one knows what Gyrotonic is.Either the system is defunct,or the people running gyrotonic have so many rules and regulations it has crippled it.The students are the ones who suffer.Spending thousands of dollars to get certified,$7k for a machine and can't make $.

This is basically soft flow yoga. It looks just like Doug Swenson's class. He's been teaching this style of movement for 30 years plus.
